Stephen Powers

Stephen serves as a Managing Director and leader of Intrinsic’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He brings over nine years of experience assisting private equity and corporate clients on complex buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. Internally, Stephen focuses on the growth and development of the Transaction Advisory Services practice. Throughout his career, Stephen has been involved in over $3 billion of transactions in the construction and infrastructure services, industrials, business services, technology, and various other industries. In addition to financial due diligence engagements, Stephen coordinates tax and operational diligence streams, as well as post-close accounting integration and clean-up engagements, to deliver a seamless experience to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Stephen worked in the Deal Advisory group at KPMG, where he prepared quality of earnings, working capital and debt, and profitability analysis on transactions covering a broad range of industries.
