Brad Smith, CPA, CFA
Brad joined the Intrinsic team in December 2015. Prior to joining Intrinsic, Brad spent time in his 17 year career with a former Big 5 accounting firm, two local accounting firms, and working with high net worth individuals within the private banking unit of a worldwide private bank. Brad Smith has spent his career advising clients on matters related to accounting, finance, and valuation. Over the course of his career, Brad has developed relationships with a broad spectrum of executive managers, investment professionals and investors, attorneys, and entrepreneurs. For the past 7 years, Brad has concentrated on Business Valuation with a local accounting and consulting firm. At Intrinsic, Brad leads our divorce valuation and litigation practice. In addition, Brad is deeply involved in servicing clients and engagement analysis for financial reporting, tax and gift & estate planning purposes. Brad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Outside of work, Brad believes in giving back to the community and served for 9 years on the Board of Directors for SafeHouse Denver, Inc., including time as Treasurer, and Chairman of the Board.
