He brings over nine years of experience assisting private equity and corporate clients on complex buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements in the construction, consumer and industrial manufacturing, technology, and various other industries.

Matthew serves as a Managing Director within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is the leader of the Healthcare Services team. He has spent over ten years serving as a trusted advisor to private equity clients, investment bankers and executive management teams. Matthew’s extensive experience performing Quality of Revenue analyses across a diverse set of healthcare specialties has enabled him to provide valuable insight to clients who are looking to assess the accuracy of both historical reported revenue and evaluate the accounts receivable of target organizations.

Kevin serves as a Managing Director and co-leader of the Transaction Advisory Services practice. Kevin leads financial due diligence engagements and also focuses on growth and development of the TAS practice. Kevin brings over 15 years of professional experience primarily in transaction advisory services and public accounting.

Our transaction advisory process is thorough and thoughtful

The financial due diligence process includes thoughtful analysis of historical and projected earnings, net working capital, and operational performance. We identify value drivers, high-risk areas, unrecognized liabilities, and potential deal-impacting issues.

We perform a rigorous assessment of the following:

  • Trial balance-level financial statements
  • General ledger transaction detail
  • Key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Customer, product, service, and location-level profitability
