Justin Lutsch joined Intrinsic in January 2016 as an intern and has become one of our top Associates. He works on valuations for startup, private equity, and other company clients across various industries, including technology, financial, and healthcare. Justin also recently passed Level II of the CFA exams.
Education: B.A. Economics, University of Colorado at Boulder
Luke Van Horn joined Intrinsic as an Associate in the spring of 2017 after two and a half years of being a consultant with Deloitte Advisory. Luke is responsible for project-execution with a focus on Fair Value valuation engagements for financial reporting purposes. He performs purchase price allocations and other financial and tax reporting engagements for Intrinsic’s private equity, venture capital, and operating company clients in a variety of industries.

Jordan Fuentes joined Intrinsic as an Associate in September of 2016. He is involved with most valuations offered by Intrinsic involving clients in: Private Equity; Startups; and Publicly Traded Companies. Jordan has experience with the following valuations: ASC 805 – Purchase Price Allocations; ASC 718 – Stock Compensation; ASC 350 – Goodwill Impairment; IRC 409A – Common Stock Valuation; Estate and Gift; Equity Valuations; and Solvency Opinions. While mainly responsible for project execution, Jordan has also led the valuation process for several clients.

Neal Qiu is our newest Associate, who joined Intrinsic in June 2017. Since joining Intrinsic, Neal has performed multiple engagements to establish the strike price for stock options under IRC Section 409A, and has also performed other complex security valuations, such as the valuation of warrants for public and private clients.
