Josh Cashman, JD, CFA, ASA. Mr. Cashman has spent his career advising clients on matters related to investments, finance, and valuation. Prior to Intrinsic, Cashman served as a Managing Director and shareholder of a boutique Denver-based business valuation firm. Prior to that, Cashman served as a Regional Vice President and Director of Private Asset Management at the TIAA-CREF Trust Company, where he spent ten years working, and attending DU’s graduate law, finance, and MBA programs at night. At Intrinsic, Cashman performs business and intangible asset valuations for private and publicly traded companies across the U.S. He has completed a wide variety of valuation engagements, including analyses involving financial reporting, tax, solvency/insolvency, estate planning, corporate finance, and expert witness/litigation support.
Russ Williams. As a Director at Intrinsic, Mr. Williams manages firm operations, client onboarding, quality control, team development and strategic growth. Williams excels in intricate engagements involving complex security valuation, intangible and financial asset valuation, enterprise valuation and minority equity valuations in the middle-market. Russ graduated from the University of Colorado, earning a BSBA with an emphasis in Finance as well as a Real Estate Certificate.
